For vacation rentalsYour empty week is worth $0.Give it to Yabby before that happens.
You set the normal price and the lowest you'd take. Guests name what they'd pay. Yabby watches both sides and books the week the moment they meet. No sale, no fee.
The price starts at $1,990.
Keep the commission
Vrbo moves every host to a 12% commission on October 29, 2026. Airbnb already takes 15.5% from most hosts. On your own site, YAB-E takes 2%.
Two ways to fill a week
Use one or both. Prices never go above your normal price or below your minimum.
Dynamic Pricing
Your price falls as an open week gets close.
- You set each week's normal price, your minimum, and how many days before check-in the price may start to fall.
- Yabby lowers it step by step, and stops the moment the week is booked.
- Seasons stay in your normal price, so a July week can start higher than a November one.
- Guests see today's price, never your rules or your minimum.
Name Your Price
Guests pre-book at their price.
- A guest picks a week, names a price and saves a card, like a limit order on a stock exchange.
- It fills when your price drops to it, or the moment you accept.
- You see real demand waiting below today's price, week by week.
- No charge and no hold on the week until it fills.
Works with the calendars you already have
Keep Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. YAB-E sells the weeks they leave empty.
- Paste your calendar linksAdd the calendar links from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or Google, up to five per home.
- Booked weeks come off saleA week booked anywhere else is taken off YAB-E, and goes back on sale if that booking disappears.
- Checked again before every chargeYabby rereads your calendars right before charging a guest. If one can't be read, the charge waits.
See it in action
Two example rentals. Pick one.
Planning a trip? Name your price.
Pick a week and set the price you'd pay. Yabby books it the moment the host's price gets there, or the host says yes. You can even ask a rental that isn't on YAB-E yet. Nothing is charged until then.
AI assistants can book here too
Assistants read your prices and place orders for their owner. They can even ask a rental that isn't on YAB-E yet to accept their owner's price. The guest confirms their card on Stripe themselves first. Yabby then completes the booking within their limits.
- Add YAB-E as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or Muse.
- Ask: "Find me a week at the lake cabin and wait until it's $1,500."

Guests pay through Stripe into your own Stripe account. Prices never go below the lowest price you set.
A saved card is only charged when the guest's own price is reached. They get an email the moment Yabby books, and can cancel any time before.
2% of each booking made through YAB-E, whoever brought the guest. Stripe's own fee comes on top.
The same engine runs falling prices for cafés and bakeries, and Name Your Price for software. For coffee shops or the software demo.
