This policy explains what personal information YAB-E collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. YAB-E is operated by X Social Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Winter Garden, Florida.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, company name, website, and the details of the offers you make, such as the price, quantity, and the product or service.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive limited details such as the payment status and the last four digits of a card, but never your full card number.
- Technical information: basic information needed to run the service securely, such as your IP address and browser type, and which page an offer came from.
How we use it
- To send your offers to the seller and tell you their decision.
- To process payments and subscriptions through Stripe.
- To sign you in to My Yabby or the Seller Studio and send you emails about your offers and account.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
- To understand, in aggregate, how YAB-E is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- The seller you make an offer to, so they can decide on it and serve you.
- Service providers that run YAB-E for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and security).
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the service work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on yab-e.com. Sellers' own websites, where the YAB-E widget appears, have their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep offer and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you non-essential emails, by writing to hello@yab-e.com. Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK, and California, you may have additional rights, such as data portability, objecting to certain processing, or complaining to your local data protection authority. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, signed sign-in links, and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
Children
YAB-E is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, let you know by email.
