YAB-EStart selling

For small coffee shops

Sell the last bun before closing.

YAB-E lowers your prices automatically when the café is quiet, morning and afternoon, and on whatever is left near closing. Cakes and milk sell today instead of going in the bin, and quiet hours fill up. Never above your menu price, never below the floor you set.

Every café guesses each morning

How many buns to bake, how many cakes to order, how much milk to open. Guess low and you sell out by lunch. Guess high and the rest goes in the bin at closing. Either way, you lose money.

How it works at the counter

  1. You set two prices.Your normal price, and the lowest you'll ever take. Customers never see the lowest one.
  2. YAB-E lowers the price when it's quiet. In the quiet hours, morning and afternoon, prices dip a little. Late in the day, whatever is left in the display drops faster. When it's busy, the menu price applies.
  3. Customers see today's price. On the menu screen and at the till. With a connected till, the price updates there on its own.

Milk works the same way

Open cartons first.

When milk has to be used today, lattes and cappuccinos get a little cheaper in the last hours. The milk ends up in a cup, not down the drain.

The opposite of surge pricing.

Ride apps raise prices when it's busy. YAB-E only lowers them, when it's quiet or close to closing. A cheaper coffee at ten beats an empty chair, and your regulars never pay more than the menu says.
